When Tom Scaglione, ABR®, e-PRO® works as a buyers' agent for you in your pursuit to purchase a home in the Tampa Bay Real Estate Market; I will represent you as my client in the real estate transaction. The level of service that you can expect from me is as follows:
I will conduct an initial professional counseling session to assist you in determining your specific needs and desires for your home purchase in the Tampa Bay Real Estate Market.
I will conduct an ongoing search of a wide spectrum of available homes, including the real estate Multiple Listing Service, homes for sale by owners, new homes and homes available through relocation management companies and lending institutions.
I will schedule appointments and accompany you on real estate home showings.
I will provide mortgage qualification assistance to facilitate the mortgage application process so you can complete your real estate home purchase.
I will provide assistance in selecting qualified companies and individuals that may be necessary for appropriate and desired real estate home inspections.
I will provide you with a professional real estate comparative market analyses and tax record research on any homes selected for possible purchase, providing you with factual data on recent real estate comparable home sales that will assist you in the offer and negotiation process. I will assist you in analyzing all gathered information prior to making a purchase offer on the real estate home of your choice.
I will assist you in preparing your real estate home purchase offer.
I will provide professional representation for you in negotiations with the seller and the seller's agent to make sure that your real estate home purchase offer is understood and accepted. Never will Tom Scaglione, ABR®, e-PRO® show your home without first making an appointment well enough in advance so that you can prepare for "visitors."
I will call you as soon as possible after each appointment to inform you of the prospect's response to your home. This will help us to market your home more successfully if any comments need attention or correction.
I will conscientiously follow up on all prospects to whom we show your home. Often a prospect does not make a decision to purchase on the first visit. Tom Scaglione, ABR®, e-PRO® by staying in touch with these prospective buyers, we may effect a sale later.
If a prospect shows any interest in purchasing your home, you can depend on Tom Scaglione, ABR®, e-PRO® to do my very best to get a signed and binding contract at terms and price that are satisfactory to you.
